Answer:  You may return all new or unopened decals for a full refund within 7 days of receiving. If you would like to make a return, you must contact us by email. For more information, see our TERMS OF USE page.

Answer:  We will answer all your questions and concerns in a timely manner. The average response time from us is within 24 hours. Always check your spam folders too, as our response may end up there.

Answer:  Yes, we can mix and match any decal design on the site. Just let us know what you are looking for.
 
 
Question:  What are the decals made from and how long will they last?
Answer:  All of our products are made from high quality and high gloss vinyl material with deeper, richer and cleaner colors. They are rated either from 5 to 7 years of long-term outdoor durability depending on usage. For more, see our WHAT WE DO page.
 
 
Question:  How do I install the decals?
Answer:  If your bike has been freshly painted, please, allow 3 or more days for paint to fully cure before you apply the decals. All our vinyl decals and graphics can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface. Please, make sure the surface is clean and oil free. Surface quality is a major factor in the life and durability of vinyl. For more information, see our APPLICATION page.
 
 
Question:  Will the decals come off after installation?
Answer:  Once installed, please, allow to dry for at least a day of fair weather before any stress is put on them, such as washing, waxing, riding on the freeway, etc.
 
 
Question:  What should I do if my bike is not listed for decals I want?
Answer:  Do not select a different make, model or year hoping the decals will fit. We will not refund or accept returns for items entered incorrectly on a web order. Please, CONTACT us to learn if we offer decals for your bike.
 
 
Question:  Where can I find examples of decals and graphic designs other customers?

Question:  Do you sell or distribute any of my information (email, phone number, etc.)?
